About:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Logistics Manager based in the USA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing shipments and deliveries, communicating with suppliers and transportation partners, and ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials and products. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations and resolve logistics-related issues. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive pay rate of $23-$28 per hour.
Experience:
Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including the movement and delivery of materials, supplies, and products.
Manage shipment schedules, transportation arrangements, and delivery timelines to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and minimize delays.
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates regarding deliveries, delays, and other logistics-related matters.
Track inventory levels, shipment records, and material movements while identifying shortages, discrepancies, or potential supply disruptions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, tracking information, and logistics activities.
